Rev& LLC operates CheerComp.com. This policy covers information handled through the CheerComp website, including accounts, prediction groups, seasons, team registration, event listings, advertising requests, and related support.
Information we handle
- Account information: your sign-in identifier, verified email address, name supplied by your sign-in provider, chosen display name, and the team you choose to support.
- Competition activity: group and season membership, invitations, schedules, team and division information, predictions, results, scores, and administrative changes.
- Team and advertiser submissions: team or business names, locations, contact emails, event selections, booth details, offers, website links, campaign dates, and uploaded ad images or event flyers.
- Payment records: package and price, Stripe payment references, payment status, receipts, processing fees, refunds, and dispute information associated with advertising purchases. Payment details are entered through Stripe; CheerComp does not store your full card number or security code.
- Team accounting: reviewed revenue allocations, fees, refunds, payout references, notes, and corrections. Detailed team records are available to the registered team owner and the platform owner. Recording a payout does not transfer funds.
- Site and sponsor activity: information needed to deliver the service and protect sign-in, such as session identifiers and hashed sign-in attempt identifiers. For signed-in supporters of approved teams, we record eligible direct-sponsor views and website clicks with the account, campaign, placement, time, and selected team. Advertisers see aggregate counts, not supporter identities. These activity counts are separate from Google’s advertising reports.
- Support correspondence: requests, feedback, and replies you choose to send through the app or by email. In-app requests are available to authorized Super Admins and to the account that submitted them. The automated help guide uses predefined topics; its questions are processed in your browser and are not sent to an external AI service or saved as support requests unless you submit the feedback form. Please do not email passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, maintain your profile, save predictions, calculate standings, manage invitations and permissions, publish approved listings and ads, process advertising purchases, record sponsor activity, respond to support requests, and investigate misuse or payment disputes.
Selecting a team connects eligible sponsor activity to that team. Activity counts are not a payment balance or a guarantee of fundraising income.
Who can see it
Your display name, participation, and standings can be visible to members of your prediction group or season. Pick visibility follows the game’s rules and stage. Invitations allow other people to join, so share invitation links only with people you want in your group.
Published calendar details and flyers, approved team names and locations, and eligible advertisements are public. Text or personal information you put in public content can also become public.
Team owners can see supporter and recorded sponsor-view totals. Authorized platform administrators can review users, team and advertising submissions, payment records, and administrative history to operate the service. Advertisers can see their own requests and payment information.
Services we use
We use service providers to run CheerComp:
- Cloudflare hosts the app, database, and uploaded assets and provides network services.
- Google Firebase Authentication handles sign-in, including Google sign-in and email/password authentication.
- Stripe processes advertiser checkout and related payment events. Its handling of payment information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Google AdSense and its advertising partners provide and measure Google ads when that advertising is enabled.
These providers receive the information needed for their services and may process technical information such as IP addresses, device or browser details, and request information under their own privacy policies. Information may be processed outside your state or country.
We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or to investigate fraud, resolve disputes, or protect the service and its users. Following an advertiser’s or event organizer’s link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can change your display name and supported team through your profile. You can sign out to end your current CheerComp session.
For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, email comms@revand.io. Tell us which account or content your request concerns. We may need to verify that you are entitled to make the request. Available rights and any exceptions depend on the law that applies to you.
Account deletion is handled by contacting us; there is currently no self-service account-deletion button. Changing your supported team does not automatically remove past activity records. Withdrawing an ad stops the request or campaign but does not automatically refund a payment or delete transaction records.
Keeping and removing records
Different records serve different purposes. Account, competition, team, and campaign records do not currently have a single automatic deletion schedule. Contact us to request removal of information you no longer want associated with your account.
We may need to keep some records to support active groups or purchases, resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet accounting and legal obligations. Removing information from the app does not necessarily remove copies already shared with other people or records retained independently by service providers.
Parents and children
CheerComp is intended for adult spectators, coaches, organizers, and advertisers. Children do not need an account for their team to appear in a competition schedule.
Use team names rather than children’s personal details, and do not submit children’s personal contact information or private records. Only upload images and flyers you have permission to share. If you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted inappropriately, contact comms@revand.io and identify the relevant content so we can investigate.
